Krisztina Máté-Pálmai Analyst

Mrs. Mate-Palmai has more than 10 years of experience in M&A, in multiple sectors, including energy, IT and telecom, transportation, automotive, media and tourism. She has worked in virtually all phases of sell side transaction processes, including preparation of teasers, information memoranda, data rooms, valuations, and supporting the negotiations of term sheets and transaction documents.

On the buy side as well, she has worked on due diligences of numerous companies. Some of the transactions on which she has worked include:

• sale of two plastic producer and injection moulding companies
• acquisition of a leading Bulgarian data communications provider
• bid documentation for a bid for Budapest Airport
• Acquisition of a Contract Research Organization, etc.

Mrs. MatePalmai has a BA in Economics with a complementary degree in legal studies. She studied at the Budapest Business School University of Applied Sciences Faculty of International Management and Business in Hungary and the International Business School of Breda, the Netherlands. She speaks English, Hungarian, intermediate German and basic French.
