Sergey Glekov Associate Director

Mr. Glekov has over 10 years of experience in consulting and finance industries. He has been involved in various aspects of M&A activities across multiple sectors, including oil and gas, transportation, and real estate.

Prior joining to Euro-Phoenix, Mr. Glekov worked as a Head of Research at Skate’s Art Market Research where he was responsible for all aspects of art market research and analysis. Before that, he worked in AT Kearney, Moscow office, where he was a part of a project team focused on the Russian transport sector, and in several boutique investment companies in Moscow.

Among key corporate finance and M&A projects in which Mr. Glekov was involved are:

• Valuation of strategic development options and potential liquidity events for the largest state-owned port operator
• Raising debt financing for a co-generation power plant construction project
• Sell-side advisory for a middle size company is involved in oil and gas activities in the NAO region of Russia
• Sell-side advisory for a major player in the systems transport monitoring and control

Mr. Glekov holds a MS in Applied Mathematics from National University of Science and Technology “MISIS”, Moscow and an MBA in Finance from CEU Business School, Budapest.
